As one wise man once said, “Health is wealth” and strangely, the year 2020 has been a constant reminder of that. Working on your fitness and personal health has now become part of our daily routine. With the constant flow of medical knowledge and its open access, people now want to manage their health. Because of this, we’ve seen an increase in apps and newly designed tools to provide high-quality services in the field of health management.

One of the most innovative and successful developments in this field has been in the form of fitness trackers. This stylish wristband device will keep you from making mistakes with any ordinary watch. However, these trackers have been proven to be life-saving by people with their advanced features.
If you want to live up to your 2020 resolution of “stay healthy and happy”, I have a list of the best fitness trackers you just can’t miss.
I’ve seen many fitness tracker reviews, including Tekdarar, Packman, and Wired reviews, and compiled a comprehensive guide to the best fitness trackers that will help improve your health.
1. Fitbit Versa Lite
Whenever you think of a fitness tracker, the first brand that comes to mind is the Fit Butt. They originally started with the size of a band, but as the brand has spread, they now offer fitness tracker watches as well as heart rate monitoring features to fitness trackers.
The beauty of these fitness trackers is that they can track everything up to this point – from your sleep cycle to your heart rate. The battery also has a battery life of 4 days before charging.
The only drawback is that the tracking is not as accurate as it could be in terms of miles or steps taken. If you don’t mind the difference, then it’s not a big deal.
2. Fitbit Charge 3
For those who still like the Fitbit but want a budget-friendly option, you have the classic FitBit. The Charge 3 model offers the same capabilities as the Versa Lite, making it one of the best fitness trackers out there.
The only downside is that since you’re working with a smaller screen, the font is smaller and harder to read.
3. Garmin Vívoactive 3
Looking for another fitness tracker to help you exercise? Try the Garmin brand. Garman also offers a wide range of design options for its fitness tracker watches.
Another advantage of this fitness tracker is that it provides GPS capabilities and even access to music. You can also use it to pay with certain bank cards.
That being said, this is a more appropriate budget option. Comparing this fitness tracker with some other fitness trackers, you miss it in every field. Blurred screen, unstable firmware, and sometimes especially during exercise sessions.
4. Huawei Band 3 Pro
Consider a brand for fitness trackers for women, Huawei. Their Band 3 Pro has been on the market for a few years now and in addition to getting a bigger screen, it has a similar design to the Fitbit’s Charge 3.
Like other fitness trackers, it offers a water resistance of 50M, making it ideal for swimming in pools. It doubles like a camera, offering a shutter on the device.
That said, fitness trackers can be a bit far-fetched. Besides, it offers a limited exercise option, which makes it not ideal for a personal trainer like others.
5. Fitbit Versa 2
I’ve already introduced the Vera Lite option, but it’s real. Like the light variant, it offers the same features and design. It is so strong that it can last up to 6 days on a charge. It also features other connections, such as connecting to Specky and Alexa. Overall, if you are looking for ways to lose weight and improve your health, this is a solid option.
There are also some minor grips about Versa 2. By removing the watch from the case for charging the wrong track every time, it’s something you’re not good at.
6. Apple Watch Series
Naturally, since we are talking about watches, it makes sense that Apple would also appear in it. There are various apps available to help you achieve your health goals on any Apple Watch. That way, it could be one of your Fitness Tracker 2020 options.
Apple Watch offers many benefits, including other Apple products, easy sync with GPS capabilities, and waterproof fitness trackers, provided you’re just going for a swim.
The only thing is that you can’t rely on it for battery life or overall design. Battery life is not as good as other fitness trackers. Also, the watch strap is not the strongest.
7. Samsung Galaxy Fit Black
Samsung is another big brand that people are familiar with. Samsung is in the market and offers a budget-friendly fitness tracker for people. The overall design of the Fit Black is a combination of Fitbit’s Charge 3 and Huawei’s Band 3 Pro. It is a thin band and screen although it covers a long surface.
In the case of other individual services, since smartphones are also in the smartphone market, this device can connect to smartphones, which can also take incoming calls and receive notifications from you. Beyond that, you have a standard fitness tracker to monitor your water/caffeine intake, heart rate, calories burned, and sleep patterns.
One downside of this tool is that the features above are just what it can do. Also, the long screen means it doesn’t fit on most people’s wrists.
8. Polar A370
The second candidate for one of the best fitness trackers is the Polar A370. If you are looking for something with a simple design and simple features, this is a good pick.
This is your bare-bones fitness tracker that is good for monitoring heart rate and sleep. It is also compatible with other third-party apps to provide you with more information.
On the flip side, naked goats are not always what people look for. It can give you good insights on specific issues, but it will not prove to be a solid way of life.
9. Fitbit Inspire HR
Another eligible candidate for a strong 24-hour fitness tracker is Fitbit’s Inspire HR brands. Like many Fitbit products, it contains a wide range of calories, heart rate, and sleep. It also includes other fitness activities such as fitness, biking, brisk walking, and running.
Naturally, there are some showers, though they are minor. From things like short charge cables to mistracking of steps, these things come with a fitness tracker area.
10. FITFORT
The last fitness tracker we went to was Fitfort. This is a cheap alternative to other fitness trackers listed here. Most importantly, it can measure blood pressure along with other aspects of your health.
But like other cheap options, you run the risk of the product breaking down after a while. For some consumers, it went down in about five months. You may be lucky, but if you are looking for something that lasts a long time, you may want to look at other brands.
Final Thoughts
Aside from the trivialities, there are many solid options for good fitness trackers to help you lose weight and improve your health. If you’re still confused about what to choose, go for a device that fits your other devices, especially your phone.
