CA Intermediate Exam Pattern

To understand the exam pattern and marking scheme of the CA Intermediate exam, students should analyze the new and old marking schemes and mark the changes. As per the new exam pattern, The ratio between the long descriptive answers and MCQs will be 70% and 30% each. CA Intermediate Marks Weightage for Each Paper

In a CA Intermediate exam, the total or maximum mark is 100 for each paper. Further, these papers are divided into different parts such as Part A and Part B. For CA students to clear the Intermediate exams need to attain at least 40% marks on each paper. An aggregate of about 50 percent marks is required as per CA Intermediate new pattern.

Chartered Accountant Intermediate Passing Criteria

CA students to clear the Intermediate exams need to attain at least 40% marks on each paper. An aggregate of about 50 percent marks is required as per CA Intermediate new pattern. There is also an option of paper exemption in case an applicant has scored sixty or more percent.
